Videoland Architect Peter van der Vorst Exits DPG Media With Immediate Effect

Peter van der Vorst, content director of RTL Nederland and Videoland since 2019 and, from December 2025, director of content and strategy for DPG Media's television and streaming operations in the Netherlands and Belgium, is leaving the company with immediate effect after a months-long sabbatical. Under his leadership RTL 4 posted the highest market shares in its history and Videoland grew into the Netherlands' largest local streaming service, with hits including Mocro Maffia, Máxima and the globally formatted De Verraders.
