Banijay Consolidates Post-Merger: Holland Confirmed as UK Chief, All3Media’s New York Office Closes

A month after closing its roughly $8 billion All3Media merger, Banijay confirmed Patrick Holland as executive chairman and CEO of the combined Banijay UK — around 40 labels including Studio Lambert and Neal Street — reporting to group CEO Marco Bassetti. The group is simultaneously closing All3Media International’s New York office, with EVP Americas Jennifer Askin among a small number of departures.
